Shipping Policy
- Free ground shipping for orders over $99 in the contiguous 48 United States.
- Under $99 = $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping in the contiguous 48 United States.
- We aim to process orders same day if placed by 2 PM Eastern Time.
- Once processed, domestic shipments generally take 2-4 days to arrive. Requests for expedited orders will incur additional charges.
- If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii additional shipping charges will apply.
- We ship to the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available from the website. You can contact us for shipping from our clinic.
Return Guarantee Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re unhappy with a product, please contact us at info@nmcwellness.com within 14 days of your purchase, and we’ll make it right. The product must be unused, unopened, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund. Heat-sensitive products, such as probiotics, are not returnable.
Our team will email you a return shipping label to the email address included in your profile. NOTE: Return labels cost $9.95 and will be deducted from your refund amount once processed. Also, original shipping charges are deducted from the refund.
Subscribe & Save Policy
You can cancel your subscription from your account anytime prior to the next shipment date.
Login to your account at NaturalMedicineFormulas.com and select Subscriptions on the left side of the page.
Find the subscription you want to cancel and select cancel subscription.
Once canceled, you should no longer receive future deliveries for that subscription. You will also receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
